• Westchester County Baseball Umpires Wanted!

  The Westchester County Baseball Umpires Association will be holding a certification class October 21, 23, 28 & 30th, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the West Harrison Senior Center, in White Plains.  There is a 3 hour online course that must be completed before October 21st to be eligible to take the course. Please contact Dave Greiner at wcbua2020@gmail.com or call 914-588-5373 for more information.  Successful completion of the course will certify the candidate to umpire high school baseball in the spring of 2026. Cost is $50 for online course and $150 for the in-person course which includes the rule book and 2026 membership dues.

  The Westchester/Putnam Wrestling Officials association will be holding their candidate school on the following dates:

  Empire Wrestling School in Somers, NY from 6:30pm -8:00pm
  Tuesday 9/30       Wednesday 10/1     
  Tuesday 10/7        Wednesday 10/8
  Thursday 10/9 via zoom

• InSideOut Student-Athlete Leadership Conference

  In partnership with the New York Giants, NFL Foundation, and Section I of the NYSPHSAAA, we invite our member schools to join the InSideOut Team on September 25th for the InSIdeOut Initiative Student Leadership Conference at MetLife Stadium. This Conference will encourage student-athletes to reflect on their leadership purpose, develop their communication and teamwork skills, and explore strategies for bringing InSideOut to their teams and schools. Each school is encouraged to bring up to 5 people total, including their athletic administrator.

  Westchester County Football Officials Association (WCFOA) will be conducting their Fall Tackle Student training class starting July 22nd.
