    The Westchester County Baseball Umpires Association will hold classes on October 19, 20, 21, 26 ,27 ,28  at the West Harrison Senior Center at 7:00 PM.  After successful completion you will be eligible to umpire high school baseball.  Please go to www.wcbua.com for an application or contact WCBUA Secretary/Treasurer Dave Greiner WCBUA515@optonline.net for any questions and more information.

  • Becoming a High School Official...

    Are you interested in becoming an official for high school sports here in Section One?  The Section One office services 82 member schools located throughout the Lower Hudson Valley.  Our office assists in the scheduling of games, assigning of officials and developing the championship experience for our student-athletes. 

    Your first step toward becoming a certified official will be to contact the President of the Officials Association for the sports you are interested in officiating.  The individual associations will provide you with all of the specific requirements necessary to become an active official.  Hyperlinked here are the list of all Officials Association Presidents for the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons.
